These terms apply to purchases of the GraftReport Kit from graftreport.com. GraftReport is operated by SoCal Vending Solutions LLC, a California company (“we”, “us”). By completing checkout you agree to these terms. Questions: graftreport@gmail.com.

1. What you’re buying

The GraftReport Kit includes the 50× scalp scanner, a charging cable, a quick-start card, and use of the GraftReport app with that scanner. The app is included at no extra charge. We may update the app over time, including adding or changing features.

GraftReport provides informational measurements of hair. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Talk to a licensed provider before making treatment decisions.

2. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Discount codes apply at checkout, one per order, and can’t be applied to past orders. Sales tax is added where required.

3. Shipping

  • We ship to addresses in the United States only.
  • Shipping is free. Orders ship within 3 business days by USPS, which typically takes 2–5 business days. You’ll get tracking by email when it ships.
  • If tracking shows your package was lost or damaged before delivery, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
  • Once tracking shows the package as delivered, we aren’t responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

4. Returns (30 days)

  • You can return the kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the amount you paid.
  • It must be complete (scanner, cable and card) and undamaged. Normal use is fine. Please clean the scanner tip before sending it back.
  • Email us with your order number to start a return and we’ll send instructions. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we made a mistake.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

5. One-year limited warranty

What’s covered

For one year from delivery, we warrant to the original purchaser that the scanner will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. That includes, for example, the scanner not powering on or charging, the battery no longer holding a charge, the light or camera failing, or the scanner’s Wi-Fi not working.

What we’ll do

If a covered defect appears, we’ll repair or replace the scanner at no charge, including shipping both ways. If we can’t repair or replace it, we’ll refund the purchase price. A replacement is covered for the rest of the original warranty period.

What’s not covered

  • Loss or theft.
  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, cracks, and liquid or water damage.
  • Damage from misuse, from opening or modifying the scanner, or from chargers or power sources other than a standard USB charger.
  • Normal cosmetic wear, such as scratches and scuffs that don’t affect how it works.
  • Phones, browsers or Wi-Fi networks that aren’t working, or that can’t run the app.

How to make a claim

Email graftreport@gmail.com with your order number and a short description, ideally with a photo or video of the problem. We’ll reply within 2 business days.

Your other rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. To the extent the law allows, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the one-year length of this warranty. Some states don’t allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limit may not apply to you.

6. Using the scanner safely

Use the scanner only on unbroken skin, as described in the app. Don’t use it on cuts, irritated or infected skin. Keep it dry, charge it with a standard USB charger, and keep it away from young children. Clean the tip between uses.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the kit, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights under this warranty.

How we handle your information, including scan data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by California law. We may update these terms; the version posted when you placed your order applies to that order.
